- 1.5 cups quick or rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Use raisins, chopped nuts, or whatever add ins you desire.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment (or use a nonstick cookie sheet).
Squish ripe bananas with a fork until you’ve achieved a creamy consistency.
Add oats, cinnamon, and vanilla and stir until ingredients are evenly combined.
Mix in semi-sweet chocolate chips, raisins, chopped nuts, or add-ins of your choice. Feel free to use more than one!
