  • optional – mini chocolate chips for garnish
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable shortening
