Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (6 ounces, 12 tablespoons), at room temperature
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 large eggs, beaten (See Recipe Note)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut (we used shredded)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
